Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The cost of the return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to Edinburgh, UK. The exact return address will be sent via email when you request a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assess and resolve the issue. We may request photos, videos, or additional information to assess any reported issue before approving a return, refund, or replacement.
Exchanges
If an item is defective and you would like to exchange it, this can also be arranged providing we have stock. Contact us at [email protected].
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Limited Warranty:
Idoru Live warrants the Idoru P-1 ("Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchase receipt. During the warranty period, Idoru Live will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or products.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental conditions.
- Products not purchased from authorized Idoru Live dealers or distributors.
Warranty Claims:
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact Idoru Live customer service at [email protected].
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Provide any evidence supporting the claim that the defect was present at the time of delivery.
- Follow the instructions provided by the customer service representative.
Limitation of Liability:
Idoru Live's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Idoru Live shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
Transferability or assignment of warranty:
This Limited Warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser (including purchases directly from Idoru Live) only. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product.
